After encouragement from friends and family we decided to start selling at small local craft fairs within a year we were now have a regular pitch at farmers markets and street food markets.
We started to experiment with flavours to bring you the best tasting traditional fudge and vegan fudge.
Not just stopping at fudge, we also produce flavoured fudge breakfast spreads and vegan breakfast spreads.

Hartland fudge was born of our love of fresh fudges we would buy at country fairs. We couldn’t find this type of fudge at local fairs so we thought we would try making it for ourselves to have.
